We regret to say that no holidays will take place until further notice.
The Chrysalis office will be closed from 3rd April, and will remain closed until our holiday programme can be resumed. This is except for the following days: June 22 & 23, July 9, 10, 27 & 28, August 10 & 11 when we will be open for essential jobs and correspondence. Non-urgent answerphone and email messages (see ‘Contact’) will be responded to at this time. If you have a query about a current booking please contact [email protected] which will be responded to throughout the company closure.
We will be assessing whether to cancel holidays on a rolling basis, approximately 3 weeks in advance of their start date (6 weeks for abroad holidays), and will contact all those affected individually, as soon as a decision is made.
A full refund is available to all customers for all cancelled UK holidays. This refund can be made by cheque/BACS, held as credit, or transferred to a future booking.
As we insist on holiday insurance for abroad holidays, we are hoping people will be able to claim a full refund for abroad holidays through their insurance company. Please let us know if you need the relevant paperwork for a claim or did not take out a policy in time.
