Our guest’s safety, care and enjoyment comes first. Our preparation and training is comprehensive. Thorough risk assessments for all customers, activities, and locations are completed. Holidays are led by experienced managers, and activities by qualified professionals when appropriate. We are one of the few (if not only?) holiday providers to be regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Chrysalis is proud to be not-for-profit. Any surplus is re-invested in making our holidays even better or donated towards the projects of the Epiphany Trust, our parent charity (http://www.epiphany.org.uk).

If you’re new to Chrysalis we’ll first meet you at your home to discuss any personal requirements, complete risk assessments and answer questions about our holiday programme. Home visits are free within a 50 mile radius of our office. We will need a contribution to costs outside this area. If distance makes a home visit impractical, you will be asked to provide a full care profile, and we’ll complete our assessment remotely. We reserve the right to insist on a home visit if we feel it necessary.

A member of care staff will support you during activities and provide any care assistance you might need.

We assess your required care package at your home visit (most commonly 3:1 and 1:1) and review this after each holiday. Different levels of support are quoted for on request.

Prices listed are inclusive of everything apart from a little spending money for snacks and souvenirs.

A waking watch can be provided at £180 per night extra.

All bookings include a single room at no extra charge.

Free onward transport is provided from three north west meeting points:

Chrysalis Office (M29 7DZ), Lymm Services (WA13 0SP), Birch Services (OL10 2RB), or any stop off point along our natural route to the venue.

A return home taxi service is charged at £55 per person within a 20 mile radius from the Chrysalis office in Astley (M29 7DZ). Outside this area, pick-up prices are calculated at 65p per mile from the office (two return journeys for our driver).

Discounts are available to guests travelling from the same address to the same holiday.
